Responsibilities

  • Good self-motivation and able to conduct task independently;
  • Prepare, identifying and perform quality assurance and quality control according to Standard Operation Procedure (SOP);
  • Conduct physical verification of materials & equipment received from vendors/ contractors to ensure their conformance to purchase orders or contracts (description, MSDS, labels, Mill Certificates, quantity) and their physical condition (in good condition e.g. without damage or breakage);
  • Report to superior for materials & equipment not conforming to PO or contract;
  • Doing proper storage materials & equipment accepted or issuance based on SOP to facilitate identification and retrieval;
  • Maintain all equipment in safe conditions to minimize breakdown, promote equipment reliability, cost improvement projects and trouble-shooting;
  • Carry out weld coupon inspection for approval of coupon for construction;
  • Prepare welding log and other related document for submission to client;
  • Inspect welding quality of workers and highlight anomalies or defects to superior for correction;
  • Carry out various analytical testing e.g. pressure test, helium leak check, particle count test, oxygen and moisture analysis on the installed piping system;
  • Carry out purging of lines as and when required by Supervisor / Team Leader;
  • To prepare testing reports and checklists for handover document submissions;
  • To undertake other related job as directed by immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or any other related engineering field;

Responsibilities

  • Prepare drawing, detailed designs with AutoCAD;
  • Work closely with project & engineering team to develop various drawings using AutoCAD such as P&ID, GA, Isometric / Weld Map, Fabrication Drawing and other technical drawing for different project stage (Shop / Construction / Red line / As-Built);
  • Work with the engineering team to review and revise drawings as needed;
  • Support the project team in generating construction Bill of Material based on existing CAD Drawing;
  • Communicate with architects and engineers, and incorporating their input into the drawings;

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field with CAD training certification or equivalent;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in construction / engineering field;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD with training certificate preferred;
  • Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD 2D & 3D;
  • Proficiency in using Revit and Naviswork software will be an added advantage;
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce precise, high-quality drawings;
  • Able to work independently, and able to work under pressure to meet datelines;

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure (e.g., roads, bridges, drainage, sewerage);
  • Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications;
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met;
  • Monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards;
  • Supervise site workers and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate execution of works;
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve any design or construction issues onsite;
  • Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with the specifications, drawings, and industry standards (e.g., CIDB, JKR, MS standards);
  • Conduct quality checks and participate in testing of materials (concrete, soil, steel, etc.);

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (recognized by BEM);
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience;
  • Registered Graduate Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM);
  • Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, MS Project, etc.);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities;
  • Familiar with local construction laws, codes, and practices;
  • Proficient in English language, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • To manage/control the QAQC according to Inspection Test Plan and Project Quality Plan;
  • Verify the implementation and operation of the quality assurance and control systems, by planning and conducting internal quality audits and inspection activities on site offices;
  • Ensures the quality records and compliance for QAQC as per specification, such as Request for Inspection, incoming material check, functionality check, cube test, tensile test, pressure test, and more;
  • Ensure implementation and continuous improvement in overall Quality Systems;
  • Ensure all the contractual /company and local authority requirements for Quality, Health Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements are complied with;
  • Plan and control project QAQC works;
  • Work with project engineers and design consultants for establishing procedures with time limits for the inspection, sampling and testing of works and all other QA/QC requirements;

Qualifications

  • Provide project support through document control, including managing reports, drawings, and specifications;
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of documentation before issuing to clients and stakeholders;
