Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and other legal documents;
- Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies;
- Advise on contractual terms to mitigate risks and protect the company’s interests;
- Handle construction-related disputes, including claims, litigation, arbitration, and mediation;
- Work with external counsel when necessary to manage litigation and other legal proceedings;
- Develop strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and cost-effectively;
- Advise on risk management strategies and implement policies to mitigate legal risks;
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in construction law and regulations;
- To carry out other duties as directed.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Degree from an accredited law school;
- Master of Laws (LLM) in Construction Law or a related field would be an advantage;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction law, preferably within a contractor company or law firm specializing in construction;
- Experience with large-scale construction projects and familiarity with industry-standard contracts (e.g., PAM, IEM, FIDIC, etc);
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, claims, and dispute resolution processes;
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to assigned project site within Malaysia;
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia – Writing and speaking; Mandarin would be an advantage for liaison with Chinese and Taiwan Customer.
Responsibilities
- Assist in tender, costing, and proposal;
- Assist in budget, schedule, and resources planning;
- Prepare materials take-off and assist in procurement;
- Prepare method statement, risk assessment, and permit to work;
- Prepare project quality plan, inspection, and test plan;
- Coordinate site construction with owner, consultants, main contractor, and subcontractors;
- Control and report project progress against the project plan;
- Prepare as-built drawings and handover documents;
- Maintain corporate ISO and EHS site documentation;
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or other relevant Engineering fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in Semiconductor or any related industry;
- Familiar with industrial building Mechanical, Electrical, and Process Utilities systems;
- Experience in process plants, oleo-refineries, petrochemical, semiconductor, electronics, pharmaceutical, or F&B;
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and other design/visualization software;
- Possess skills in Project Management, Primavera, Microsoft Project;
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
- Willing to work outstation for the duration of projects;

Responsibilities
- Assist technical engineer in managing (Issue, submit, tracking, etc) IFC / tender / shop drawing / space management drawing log;
- To product drawing based on sketch from engineer, technical specification & method statement;
- Prepare and review sketches and review with the engineering team;
- Assist engineer / CEP on measurement, calculation of the quantity of work, and BOQ;
- Site assessment or measurement when require, for coordination and drawing production;
- Able to follow company drafting standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting;
- Diploma in Architectural/Civil Engineering or equivalent;
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
- Ability to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines.

Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural or any related Civil Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 2-3 years proven working experience as a CSA Engineer;
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects;
- Proficiency in MS Office / AutoCAD;
- Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task;
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
