Responsibilities

  • Good self-motivation and able to conduct task independently;
  • Prepare, identifying and perform quality assurance and quality control according to Standard Operation Procedure (SOP);
  • Conduct physical verification of materials & equipment received from vendors/ contractors to ensure their conformance to purchase orders or contracts (description, MSDS, labels, Mill Certificates, quantity) and their physical condition (in good condition e.g. without damage or breakage);
  • Report to superior for materials & equipment not conforming to PO or contract;
  • Doing proper storage materials & equipment accepted or issuance based on SOP to facilitate identification and retrieval;
  • Maintain all equipment in safe conditions to minimize breakdown, promote equipment reliability, cost improvement projects and trouble-shooting;
  • Carry out weld coupon inspection for approval of coupon for construction;
  • Prepare welding log and other related document for submission to client;
  • Inspect welding quality of workers and highlight anomalies or defects to superior for correction;
  • Carry out various analytical testing e.g. pressure test, helium leak check, particle count test, oxygen and moisture analysis on the installed piping system;
  • Carry out purging of lines as and when required by Supervisor / Team Leader;
  • To prepare testing reports and checklists for handover document submissions;
  • To undertake other related job as directed by immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or any other related engineering field;
  • Good command English and Bahasa Malaysia;

Responsibilities

  • Prepare drawing, detailed designs with AutoCAD;
  • Work closely with project & engineering team to develop various drawings using AutoCAD such as P&ID, GA, Isometric / Weld Map, Fabrication Drawing and other technical drawing for different project stage (Shop / Construction / Red line / As-Built);
  • Work with the engineering team to review and revise drawings as needed;
  • Support the project team in generating construction Bill of Material based on existing CAD Drawing;
  • Communicate with architects and engineers, and incorporating their input into the drawings;
  • Operate AutoCAD in compliance with established guidelines, regulations and quality standards;
  • Use specifications and calculations to produce accurate technical drawings;
  • Ensure final designs adhere to relevant building regulations;
  • Communicate effectively across all levels to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field with CAD training certification or equivalent;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in construction / engineering field;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD with training certificate preferred;
  • Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD 2D & 3D;
  • Proficiency in using Revit and Naviswork software will be an added advantage;
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce precise, high-quality drawings;
  • Able to work independently, and able to work under pressure to meet datelines;
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Possess own transportation;
  • Applicants must be willing to work in construction site environment;
  • Willing to travel and to be based in outstation work site until project finished.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing project reports, maintaining project databases and documentation logs;
  • Provide administrative support to the project team to ensuring smooth daily operations;
  • Establish and maintain well-organized document control system for project files;
  • Ensure all the documents comply with company’s ISO policies and regulatory requirements;
  • Prepare project site documentation works;
  • Assist project manager in all administration function sand processes;
  • Organize and implement formulated policies and procedures;

  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or related engineering field;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point);
  • Familiarity with document control systems and project management processes;
  • Able to work independently;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Engineer in the required maintenance and operation activities;
  • Respond to alarms/faults and implement corrective actions as needed;
  • Assist to arrange and supervise the operation and maintenance team with planned maintenance events;
  • Assist to ensure all operation and maintenance works are comply to client’s safety and health policies;
  • Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation;
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operation and maintenance procedures;
  • Support the operation of equipment and systems, ensuring they function correctly and safely;
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify potential problems;
  • Site supervision and monitoring work progress from commencement to handover of the project;
  • Advise Project Engineer on projects progress;
  • Provide technical support outside office hours, ensuring 24/7 support for the site operations team in case of incidents;
  • Able to work night shift on a rotational basis;

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or related engineering field;
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in similar field;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, Word and PowerPoint etc.;
  • Ability to operate AutoCAD System;
  • CEPSO certification is required/preferred;
  • Able to work with a team and self-motivated;

  • Document intake and registration;
  • Managing the workflow for document review and approval progress;
  • Version control, identifying, managing, distributing the latest approved document to relevant party;
  • Document distribution and access control;
  • Document archiving, disposal, reporting (status), and compliance;
  • Control (Submittal, request for information, inspection request form, letters, memos, project schedules, project reports etc.);
  • Filing and record keeping;
  • Tracking of submission and receival of project documents;
  • Documentation management;
  • General admin support;
  • Ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction industry, preferably in UHP pipeline projects;
  • Familiarity with piping codes and standard is an added advantage;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Strong in documentation, reporting and communication skills;
  • Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the installed piping distribution lines comply with client specification and quality standards;
  • Identify and resolve quality-related issues by proposing effective solutions;
  • Coordinate and monitor QAQC activities to ensure compliance with project specification and Project Quality Plan requirement;
  • Liaise with subcontractors and clients to address site quality issues, investigate the root causes of complaints and implement corrective actions for any defective works;
  • Collaborate closely with Project and QAQC teams to plan and execute quality related activities, including inspections and testing;
  • Assist project team in developing documentation such as Project Quality Plan, Inspection Test Plan and Work Method Statement;
  • Monitor and maintain QAQC equipment and to ensure it remains in a good working condition for operational use;
  • Ensure timely submission of project handover documentation in accordance with the stipulated time frame.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years working experiences in document management on industrial project;
  • Strong organizational and communication skill;
  • Possess own transport;
  • Willing to work at project site located at Shah Alam.
