Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3D models and detailed drawings using BIM software (such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or AutoCAD 3D);
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and coordinated designs;
- Manage BIM project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule;
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in the design process to prevent issues during construction;
- Prepare and present model documentation for stakeholder review and approval;
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM-related technologies and processes;
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and software advancements in BIM;
- Contribute to the development of BIM standards and protocols within the organization;
- Materials quantity take-off from BIM and CAD model.
Qualifications
- Minimum Degree holder;
- Minimum 1-year working experience in construction project in Semiconductor, Microelectronics, Biopharma, F&B, Data Centre or related industries.
- Proficient in CAD or BIM using AutoCAD/Revit/Naviswork.
- Strong knowledge of industrial building systems for Mechanical (Cleanroom, HVAC or ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing)/Electrical (HV, LV, ELV, BMS or FMCS)/Process (CDA, Vacuum, Gas, Chemical, RO/DI water, Wastewater, Scrubber, Exhaust systems).
Responsibilities
- Provide input for project & tender documentation including sketches, drafting & etc.;
- To create detailed 2D, 3D & isometric drawings design for complex project by using Autocad, Revit & Naviswork;
- Collaborate with staff to create 3D models of proposed layouts;
- Keep up to date on industry and engineering standards;

Responsibilities
- Drawing Control from Desing, Tender, IFC and Shop Drawing until as built will assist by drafter;
- LLE control from technical spec, fabrication drawing, FAT, delivery, SAT until T&C;
- To communicate with third party consultant for all authority requirement/compliance submission till inspection and certification (including DOE,JKKP and etc);
- To support Tender team on scope, technical spec, BOQ and design change;

- Support the preparation, submission, and tracking of PTW applications and their validity; initiate renewals and approvals prior to expiry;

Responsibilities
- Work closely with project managers & system analysts by developing, analyzing & managing project plans, schedules & resource forecasts;
- Controllers and Analysts to create schedules and keep the plan updated and propose mitigation if delay or issue;
- Integrate and generate level 4 detail schedule into master project schedule and perform measurement baseline program;
- Identifying milestone, critical path analysis, resource allocations, schedule variances, and to support cost/schedule integration;
