“Tun Razak Youth Leadership Award” Team Building @ Lumut – throwback with heart 💚

Last week in Lumut, our young leaders learn to trust the ocean, their compass, and one another. From whaler rowing at sea and sea rafting to map-and-compass navigation and jungle orienteering, every challenge asked for courage, calm, and care. 🌊 🧭 ⛵

What we’re proudest of wasn’t a finish time, it was the way they cheered for the last boat in, stayed patient when the compass wavered, and stepped up for teammates who were tired. That’s leadership: character, resilience, and purpose in motion. And yes, sharper problem-solving, collaboration, innovation, and EQ came with it.

We invest in experiences like these because people matter. When we create spaces where trust grows and integrity leads, the impact reaches far beyond one offsite into teams, communities, and the future we’re building together.
