At KE, we do not just prioritize workplace safety—we prioritize our people. On 26th March 2025, KE SHEQ Team took a deep dive into health with an eye-opening talk on Heart Attack and Occupational Skin Disease by Dr. Yougabalan from PKD Kulim. We learned about the risks of heart attacks, the warning signs, and how to better care for our hearts and skin.

But we did not stop at just learning, we put our health to the test! Thanks to Wellness Hub Kulim, our team underwent InBody screenings to analyze our body composition, giving us a clearer picture of our overall health. The results are a mix of surprises, motivation, and most importantly a great game plan for everyone to improve!
And of course, a huge shoutout to our PM, Mr Bong for setting the benchmark with an impressive InBody Score of 82%! 🔥 Now that is what leading by example looks like!
Even our team who is expecting, took part in the screening! 💖🤰 It was a great reminder that in KE, health checks are for everyone, and staying informed about our well-being is key to a healthier future.
With personalized insights from the Wellness Hub Kulim team, we are walking away today with more than just numbers. We have got real action plans for better health. Because at KE, we believe that a stronger, healthier team means a safer, more successful future! 🚀
