Beyond the syllabus into the real world 👷👩💻
Our Technical Engineering leader tackled the question every future engineer has to navigate with: Which path is mine and what does it really take? In plain, practical language he mapped the roles and growth runway across electrical, mechanical, chemical, civil, etc, so students could choose with confidence. Then he lifted the hood on turnkey delivery, showing how classroom theory becomes accountable milestones in industry.
With Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM) Happiness Index (released on 12 September 2025) placing Malaysia firmly in the ‘happy’ range, we leaned into the levers that matter for graduates: meaningful work, growth, and community. Behind the scenes, we applied the 80/20 principle to surface the vital few soft skills (the top 20%) that drive most of the impact, so students could focus where effort compounds.
Our aim is simple and sincere: help the next generation aim straight, choose wisely, and turn the right 20% into the 80% that builds better teams, better companies and a happier Malaysia.
Thank you, National University of Malaysia (UKM) FKAB, for having us.
