Turning behavior science into a movement 💚

Last week, our teams across Malaysia, Singapore, China, Germany, and Taiwan ran Kelington Worldwide Green Week Initiative designed from the ground up using the behavior-change framework from Atomic Habits -make it obvious, attractive, easy, satisfying.

How we turned theory into reality:

1. Obvious: Eco Tree builds in every country + Earthwise micro-video, and information made the greener choice visible.

2. Attractive: Friendly competitions: Plastic-Free Heroes (BYO) and Sustainable Artistry, made participation fun and social.

3. Easy: Simple sign-ups, BYO checklists, and ready-to-copy office tips lowered the barrier to action.

4. Satisfying: Shout-outs, a photo-rich gallery across five countries, and a COO-led finale planting 200 saplings at Taman Botani Negara Shah Alam.

Why it matters
This is how habits become culture, and how culture becomes impact.
We’re proud of a workplace where leaders role-model, local HR teams unite colleagues across borders, and employees turn small switches into lasting change.
If you believe great companies teach the why, design the how, and celebrate the wins, follow our journey. 🌍🌳
