Recently, we hosted an in-house workshop bringing together all Division Head for a deep dive into capital market communications, external market perception, and real case studies.
Beyond the frameworks and discussions, what stood out most were the moments of clarity; when we began to see how our decisions, narratives, and direction may be perceived through the eyes of the market.
It was also a timely reminder that building market confidence is not the responsibility of one function alone. Each of us has a role to play in working towards the Groupโs goals, staying accountable to our direction, and honoring the trust placed in us by the investing community.
