As we gather for buka puasa and draw closer to Hari Raya, we are reminded that the most meaningful moments are often the simplest ones. Sharing a table, exchanging stories, and being present with one another. It is where the spirit of muhibah is felt so naturally, and where the beauty of diversity shines in the most genuine way.
What makes this season even more meaningful is the warmth it carries. Ramadan invites reflection, gratitude, and compassion. Beyond the food and festivities, they remind us that belonging is built through small but sincere moments – when we make space for one another, honour each other’s traditions, and come together as one team, one community, and one extended family.
May we continue to nurture a workplace where diversity is celebrated, respect is lived, and every individual feels at home.
