It was a productive and meaningful three days at our Executive Management Committee meeting, where we came together to align on Kelington’s next phase of growth and strategic priorities.

This meeting was particularly special as it marked a new chapter for the Group — welcoming our new CEO and seeing the second generation of management leaders stepping forward to contribute to Kelington’s future.

Over the sessions, we reviewed our business outlook, discussed opportunities across regions and technologies, and strengthened alignment on strategy, execution priorities, and long-term value creation.

What stood out most was the strong sense of continuity — combining the experience that built Kelington over the past decades with the energy and perspectives of the next generation of leaders.

As the industries we serve continue to evolve rapidly, especially in advanced manufacturing and sustainable engineering, leadership alignment and talent development remain key to ensuring Kelington continues to grow as a high-technology engineering partner globally.
